Jaye received her dental hygiene degree from IPFW, bringing 8 years of experience teaching in public schools with her. May of 2008 brought graduation and a beautiful daughter. In 2010, they welcomed their son.
She works part time as our dental hygienist, alongside her husband, Dr. Geoffrey Glogas.
Kaylee is a Dental Assistant who began her journey with our office as a co-op student while she was still in high school. After seeing her dedication, positive attitude, and passion for helping others, we were excited to welcome her as a full-time member of our team.
Originally from Colorado, Kaylee moved to Columbia City at a young age and has enjoyed being part of the community ever since. She cheered at Columbia City High School, where she developed a strong appreciation for teamwork and bringing positivity to those around her. She brings that same energy and enthusiasm to the office every day. Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys spending time with her dogs, family, and friends. She also loves a good Starbucks run and enjoys spending time shopping whenever she gets the chance.
We are proud to have Karla as a valued member of our dental team! Karla graduated from the IUFW where she earned her Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Dental Assisting and got certified as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). She has been working in the dental field since 2023 and brings a passion for patient care and a commitment to helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits.
Outside of the office, Karla enjoys spending quality time with her daughter. She loves making memories together and cherishes the time they share as a family.
Shannon has been working in the dental field since 2018 and is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for both patients and team members. As an Office Manager, she enjoys leading and supporting the staff, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently every day. Shannon lives in rural Columbia City, where she enjoys the peacefulness of country life. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her wonderful husband—her high school sweetheart—as well as with family and friends. She also enjoys playing soccer and staying active.
Kylah graduated from Colorado Academy of Dental Assisting Careers in 2017. She moved to Fort Wayne, IN and joined the FWD team in 2022. Kylah enjoys helping patients navigate their insurance, schedule appointments and ensure a seamless, comfortable visit for all.
Addie joined our team shortly after graduating high school and has grown tremendously in her role as our Sterile Tech. Through her dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn, she has become a fantastic addition to our dental family.
Outside of the office, Addie enjoys spending time with her dogs and absolutely loves her cats. When she’s not caring for her furry friends, you can probably find her enjoying a Starbucks run or doing a little shopping with her hard-earned paychecks. She brings a caring personality, positive attitude, and commitment to keeping our team supported and our patients safe every day.
